Live sessions occur every Thursday at 4 pm central standard time. All members will receive the link to the live session in our App or access the session recording. The sessions feature somatic exercises and hypnotherapy that are accessible to all participants, regardless of physical limitations. submit questions prior to the session for Danielle to answer on the call. Each month Danielle will choose 1 person from the group to win a private 1.5 hr session.
