This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Good Life Coaching by Danielle, LLC (referred to as "Company," "we," or "us") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") for the provision of Health and Wellness Coaching services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States. Any legal actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the state of Texas.

9. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Good Life Coaching by Danielle, LLC regarding the provision of Health and Wellness Coaching services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should discontinue the use of our services.
